5 Tips for a Healthy Kitchen

Did you know wellness begins in the kitchen?

You can eat all the right foods, drink all the water, and exercise. But if your kitchen is not set up for your health, you’ll always be surrounded by temptation.

When we remove the temptation, we remove the unwanted habits, we remove the doubt, we remove the lack, we remove the guilt.

When we add the abundance of health, we add true healing, we add true wellness, we add true energy. We feel more confident, we feel more free, we feel more patient, we feel more focused.

Organizing your kitchen to work for you will make life so much simpler, removing temptation and removing the guilt.

Tips to a healthy kitchen

1. Have a fruit basket available. (always opt for organic)

2. Have fresh water easily accessible. (Alkaline water is best!)

3. Limit any type of junk food and processed foods to just one shelf (Mama, I get it. We're not perfect and sometimes we need that piece of chocolate or grab that granola bar)

4. Throw away deli meats. (These are filled with nitrates and nitrites that cause many problems in our bodies)

5. Limit alcohol (alcohol can effect fertility, can increase risk of cancer and liver issues, can effect sleep and can lower your immune system)

Keeping your kitchen and home organized will help you stay on track with your wellness and will also keep your stress levels low, keeping you motivated and energized!
