Born from my own healing journey, Nurtured Wellness Center exists to be THE Village for those cultivating a holistic lifestyle and navigating parenthood. About Nurtured Wellness Center
If you’ve been walking this journey with me for a while, you may remember when this space was called Healthy Soul 360 — a vision that was first born in July 2014.
In 2021, that vision deepened, matured, and was lovingly rebranded into Nurtured Wellness Center.
This wasn’t just a name change. It was an evolution.
What began as a passion for holistic health grew into a calling to hold space for women and families in a more intentional, faith-rooted, and comprehensive way. Nurtured Wellness Center reflects the heart of what this community truly is: a place to be supported, educated, strengthened, and nurtured in every season.
Nurtured Wellness Center is more than a brand — it is a village.
It is a community for women.
A refuge for mothers.
A supportive space for fathers.
It is for families who crave a lifestyle rooted in food, faith, and fitness — not in extremes or pressure, but in balance, wisdom, and grace. Here, we approach wellness holistically. That means we don’t separate physical health from mental health. We don’t separate faith from daily habits. We don’t separate motherhood from personal growth.
We bring it all together.
Because real life isn’t compartmentalized — and neither is true wellness.

As your Holistic Lifestylist and Doula, my role is not to “fix” you or hand you a rigid blueprint. My role is to walk alongside you.
I help you cultivate the motherhood journey you truly crave — one rooted in nourishment, faith, education, and empowerment. I guide you in building rhythms that feel aligned with your values. I support you through fertility, postpartum, and loss with compassion and evidence-based care. I equip you with tools so you can feel confident in your home, your health, and your calling.
Healthy Soul 360 was the seed.
Nurtured Wellness Center is the garden.

We want to help mothers, and fathers, just like you in creating a nurturing, healthy, holistic lifestyle in achieving a beautiful state of wellbeing and true healing through postpartum and bereavement care, holistic foods, steadfast faith, gentle and low-impact movement, and creating a chemical-free home through herbal medicine.
Nurtured Wellness Center is a rapidly expanding movement that you’ve never seen before, creating a foundation of community and knowing that no Mama, nor Dad, is ever alone on this wild ride called ‘Life’.
Our goal is for us to share our journey with you and women all over the world in creating the life you truly love and feeling confident in your own skin. By giving you daily insight, motivation, and a whole lot of love, we believe that when you take action upon the information that you will start to see your life radically transform.
Our philosophy is that every mother and father deserve to utmost high quality care in parenthood. Every mother is different, every father is different, every baby is different, every pregnancy is different, every birth is different, every postpartum experience is different, every loss journey is different. It’s in the uniqueness of each and every body and experience that we are born again as mothers and as fathers. Every mother and father and child deserves to feel seen, heard, loved and cared for.
With science and medicine finally catching up about living a holistic life, we encourage and simply share in living a healthy, holistic lifestyle using the tools and gifts that our Heavenly Father has blessed us with - plants, essential oils, herbal remedies, safe plant based cleaning products, and so much more.
