  • Beautiful Beginnings

    This includes 20 hours (~5 visits) of postpartum care within your first 2-4 weeks as a new mama.

  • Tender Start

    This includes 40 hours (~10 visits) of postpartum care within your first 3-6 weeks of welcoming your new bundle of joy earthside.

  • Gently Growing

    This includes 60 hours (~15 visits) of holistic postpartum care within your first 5-8 weeks of welcoming your new little one to this world.

All Postpartum Care Includes:

  • 1 visit before babe(s) arrival to help with final preparations

  • All visits are 3-4 hours

  • Meal prepping nutritious meals

  • Light cleaning

  • A listening ear to support you and answer questions including additional resources

  • breastfeeding support

  • encouragement in newborn care

  • Helping siblings and/or animals adjust to your new babe

  • Helping mama and dad settle into new routines

  • 24/7 text & call support

  • *I offer primarily daytime support (8am-8pm) however, night support (9pm-1am) is available upon request.*

  • Please note- all meal prep is done in your home and respectful of your dietary needs. also I am very conscious about your beliefs and cultural practices and rituals, i will never push my faith-based beliefs onto you.

About Your PostPartum Care with Kailee

  • All packages are priced at $40 per hour.

    minimum 50% holding is required at time of contract signing to ensure your care is reserved.

  • Kailee serves families located in the Hudson Valley and Catskill Regions of New York as your holistic postpartum doula. Travel max is 40 miles or 1.15 hours.

  • First, we will get on the phone for a complimentary 20-minute consultation to discuss basics and answer any questions.

    Second, we will have an in-person meet and greet preferably at a local cafe. It is preferable that all who resid s in your home comes to the meet and greet as well.

    Third, if we are a good fit for each other, we will meet again and this time we will create your postpartum care plan and get the paperwork finalized! This visit will also include your final newborn preparations.

    Fourth, I will check in on you frequently before your little bundle is born then I will be back in your home when your little one is earthside for our allotted time!

  • Kailee ideally will be in your home within 24-72 hours after your baby has come earthside given both you and baby are home. This will ensure you receive your postpartum care right away as you welcome your little one into your home!

  • As your Holistic PostPartum Doula, Kailee is here to serve you, mama and dad, as you welcome your new bundle of joy. She is here to help make life easier, to encourage you, to answer questions, to provide you resources, to ensure you are nourished, and to be in service to you in ways that are unique for you and your family. This is included and outlined within your personalized postpartum care plan created together with Kailee.
